Happy's Tavern in beautiful downtown Georgetown.  This one is a mystery as no one we've spoken with in the neighborhood recalls Happy's.  It's printed on an old Sportswear 50/50 tag so this tee was printed in the 80s.  There's a slight blemish beneath the Happy's logo to the right but otherwise the tee is in good vintage condition.
