Vintage 1960s Alfred Werber Long Heart Belted Vest | Seattle True Vintage | Barn Owl Vintage

This is such an interesting piece. I first thought it was a dress but upon further inspection it turned out to be a knee length vest with a cute heart belt buckle. The back has a fairly long slit that goes up to the rear. The color is a deep navy blue. Pictures show inconsistent coloring which is due to lighting. No imperfections noted.
