This dress is quite festive and in great vintage condition. The wide collar, puffed sleeves and the tie around the waist are what make this dress unique. A few snaps at the left side of the waist and snaps at the belt to keep it secure. The dress was lovingly handmade in the 60s. No flaws to note.
