Vintage 1940s Fireman's Coat SZ L As-Is

Vintage 1940s fireman's coat. No tags, but measures out to a size large, and feels like a heavy cotton twill. Tear on the right sleeve seam, as well as a small hole on the right sleeve and small patch on inner collar that appears to be dry rot, tears on both sleeve liners, and discoloration throughout, but overall in fair vintage condition.
