This is a more modern Filson Tin Cloth vest, produced in January of 2016.  It is also a second and has had the sides taken in which means there's probably an inch of material that could potentially be let out to allow this to fit a little closer to the Large size on the tag.  There are some blemishes on the front of the vest, as seen in the photos, but overall it's in good condition.
