1940s Handmade Wool Peplum Dress S-M

This handmade dress is in fantastic condition and expertly made. It does have one small hole on the right shoulder, as pictured. Really great details such as the peplum-like panels on the front, the deep neckline and the pleated zipper placket on the back. This dress is made of what seems to be a wool blend. It is not lined.
