Vintage 70s Does 40s Popi Dress | Barn Owl Vintage Dresses | Seattle Vintage Ladies Clothing

This dress is in great condition with the exception of the broken belt buckle and a faint white spot on the back left shoulder. Seems to be a polyester and/or rayon fabric. The elastic waist allows for about a 6 inch stretch.
